Data Idols are working with one of the largest entertainment organisations growing rapidly within their global operations.

With innovation, creativity, and data at the company’s heart, they are looking for a SQL Support Engineer to help them push technological boundaries.

The Opportunity

As an SQL Support Engineer, you will be accountable for resolving issues on their databases and reports raised by the internal teams and supporting the SQL Developers with any anomalies they encounter.

As part of your daily responsibilities, you will explore different processes across the company and investigate, restructure, or debug any irregularities that may occur.

In this exciting role, you will work across different cross-functional teams to analyse and decipher simple and complex data and communicate this through presentations and reports to internal and external stakeholders.

Skills and Experience

• Strong experience in using SQL Serve 2014 or later
• Experience in using SQL Agent and workin g on stored procedures
• Have a strong understanding of using ticketing systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication
