Salary: Up to £65,000 + wider benefis package
Location: Hybrid, Manchester
We are currently looking for a Reporting Manager to join a fast-paced and highly collaborative team within a forward-thinking organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity for a data-driven professional to lead the delivery of regulatory reporting solutions, ensuring compliance with international regulations while maintaining high-performance, scalable systems. Reporting into a senior leadership figure, the Reporting Manager will play a key role in delivering robust and efficient reporting software that meets the business’s needs.
The Opportunity
- Lead and mentor a geographically distributed team, ensuring high-quality software delivery.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of reporting solutions that meet strict regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with Finance, Compliance, and other key stakeholders to align priorities and solutions.
- Implement best practices in software design, ensuring solutions are scalable, robust, and efficient.
- Drive continuous improvements in reporting processes, automation, and governance.
- Manage risks and dependencies across teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team culture, driving innovation and technical excellence.

Skills and Experience
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in a data-driven environment.
- Strong background in regulatory reporting or financial data management.
- Expertise in SQL Server, T-SQL, BigQuery, or GoogleSQL.
- Ability to drive collaboration across stakeholders and manage project delivery.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
