Salary: £80,000 – £110,000 + Equity options

The Opportunity

We are working with a rapidly scaling business that is tackling one of the UK’s most important challenges, helping organisations unlock the potential of AI while addressing the growing skills gap. Having recently undergone a strategic rebrand, the company is now entering an accelerated growth phase and requires an experienced AI professional to join their head office team. This role is a rare opportunity to combine hands-on AI engineering expertise with client consulting, solution delivery, and technical leadership. You’ll play a critical role in shaping solutions for high-profile organisations across multiple sectors, while also contributing to the internal development of new AI-driven products and training programmes.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading technical input in pre-sales and client-facing conversations
• Designing and delivering AI solutions across a variety of industries
• Acting as an internal consultant, applying AI to improve business processes and scale operations
• Supporting the company’s AI training academy, mentoring and guiding diverse talent pipelines
• Collaborating closely with leadership, sales, delivery, and academy teams to shape innovative solutions

Skills and Experience

• Experience working in the industry delivering AI or ML solutions
• A strong technical foundation with the ability to design and deploy AI systems end-to-end
• Confidence in client-facing roles, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
• Experience mentoring or coaching other engineers, and an interest in developing people
• A flexible, entrepreneurial mindset suited to a fast-growing, high-impact environment
