The Opportunity
They are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to support their Customer Success function by enabling data-driven decisions across customer retention, engagement, and expansion.
You will analyse customer usage, adoption, and engagement data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. You will ensure data accuracy, quality, and reporting integrity across customer-related reporting. They are looking for a Senior Data Analyst with a strong commercial mindset and an understanding of how businesses drive retention and expansion.
Skills & Experience
- Proficient in SQL
- Experience with BI tools
- Knowledge of DBT and BigQuery
