By applying to become a panellist for the Data Idols Report on Data Trends, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• Data Collection and Usage: By signing up to be a panellist, you consent to The Idols Group collecting and processing your personal data for the purpose of administering the monthly surveys and generating reports on data trends. The data collected may include but is not limited to your name, email address, job title, company name, and responses to survey questions.
• Anonymisation of Data: All survey responses and personal information collected will be anonymised and aggregated by The Idols Group before being included in any reports. Your individual responses will not be identifiable or traceable back to you.
• Purpose of Data Collection: The data collected from panellists will be used solely for the purpose of analysing trends in hiring, salary, skills, diversity, and flexible working within the industry. The insights derived from this data will be used to create monthly reports that will be shared with panellists.
• Confidentiality: The Idols Group will treat all personal information collected from panellists with the utmost confidentiality. Your data will not be shared with any third parties for marketing or advertising purposes without your explicit consent.
• Data Security: The Idols Group will take all necessary measures to ensure the security and integrity of the personal data collected from panellists. This includes implementing appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of data.
• Panelist Obligations: As a panellist, you agree to provide accurate and honest responses to the monthly surveys administered by The Idols Group. You also agree to promptly update any changes to your personal information provided to Data Idols.
• Right to Withdraw Consent: You have the right to withdraw your consent to participate in the Data Idols Report on Data Trends Panel at any time. If you wish to withdraw consent, please contact The Idols Group (charlotte.heggie@theidolsgroup.com), and your personal data will be deleted from our records.
• Changes to Terms and Conditions: The Idols Group reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to panellists via email or through the Data Idols website.
• Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UK, including GDPR. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UK.
