Senior Product Manager

Salary: £80K – £120K + Equity

Location: London in office

Data Idols are working with a rapidly scaling technology company who are looking for a Senior Product Manager. This role will take ownership of some of the most critical areas of the product and help shape how AI is applied in real-world, high-stakes environments.

The Opportunity

You’ll be responsible for turning powerful AI capabilities into products that people genuinely rely on. That means deciding what to build, why it matters, and how it should behave when real users depend on it.

You’ll spend time close to customers, observing how work actually gets done, identifying friction, and spotting opportunities where AI can meaningfully improve outcomes. From there, you’ll shape focused product directions, test them quickly, and work hands-on with design and engineering to bring them into production.

Because the product is deeply technical, you’ll need to be comfortable discussing system behaviour, data inputs, and AI limitations, and making trade-offs between speed, quality, and reliability.

Skills and experience

• Demonstrated ownership of a product area from discovery through launch and iteration
• Experience building products for complex or technical users
• Strong product judgement
• Comfortable working directly with customers
• Experience operating in fast-moving environments
• Excellent written communication skills
