The Opportunity
As a Data Science Manager, you will be 50/50 hands-on technically and mentoring and managing an initially small team of 4 Data Scientists which is set to grow further. This Data Science Manager position will give you the ability to work with Product Managers, Tech Leads, and Engineering to build and achieve high-quality product roadmaps. You will play a key role in building a data strategy to shape the future of the organisation and champion a data-driven culture.
Skills and Experience
- Experience in building Data Science teams
- Combine technical expertise in Data Science with leadership and mentoring
- In-depth Data Science knowledge
- Stakeholder management
