This is a talk by Martin Sundin, Lead Data Scientist at LYTT.

Transformers are an innovative tool for analysing sequences of data. But how do you use transformers in practice? Most introductions to transformers are either very high-level or focused on details or implementation. In this talk, we take a practical approach by giving a “user guide” to transformers. We give different minimal examples and show how to use transformers for different scenarios.

This session was part of the Data Science Festival Summer School in 2023. Find out more at https://datasciencefestival.com/event…
