RateSetter is an award-winning Peer to Peer Lending platform offering great rates for both borrowers and investors. They have over 800,000 customers and to date have leant over £4 billion.
Moving away from a traditional Microsoft (SQL and BI) Tech stack, Ratesetter were going through a period of modernising their data and tech platforms. Translating this new project into hiring was somewhat difficult, especially when different hiring managers and areas of data were involved in the process.
Data Idols worked with the CTO and Head of Talent to really understand the project and what they needed. We advised on different stages of the project, who to hire and used our expertise of the market to consult on key hiring stages.

Ultimately, reducing their time to hire down to 2 weeks.
